Society Events
NSI has been hosting academic events since its inception and initiated the certification courses nationwide in collaboration with the Indian Psychiatric Society. A glimpse of the past events heralded by the society are mentioned.
1st National Workshop and Certificate course on rTMS - 2018
This program was held in AIIMS, New Delhi organized by the Department of Psychiatry on 15th Dec 2018. This marked the first program held under the aegis of the society since its inception in 2018. The event also incorporated the first certificate course on rTMS with support from the Indian Psychiatric Society (IPS).
1st Annual Conference of the Neuromodulation Society (India)
- NSICON 2024
Neuromodulation Society (India), in collaboration with the Clinical Research Centre (CRC) for Neuromodulation in Psychiatry and the Indian Psychiatric Society (IPS) Neuromodulation – Specialty Section, organized its first annual conference, NSICON 2024. The event was held on 29th September 2024 at the Convention Centre, NIMHANS, Bengaluru, India.

MIDCIPS 2023
Dr Rohit Verma and Dr Sujit Kar conducted a Workshop on tDCS at the Mid Year Conference of Indian Psychiatric Society from 27th – 29th October in Srinagar, J&K.
ANCIPS 2024
The 75th Annual National Conference of the Indian Psychiatric Society (IPS) was held from Jan 18 – 21, 2024 in Kochi, Kerala, India.
MIDCIPS-NZ 2024
Dr Rohit Verma conducted a Hands-on Workshop on tDCS and Dr Nishant Goyal conducted a Hands-on Workshop on rTMS at the Mid Year Conference of Indian Psychiatric Society North Zone held on 7th April 2024 in Delhi.
